The Psychology of Connection™

approach was created by Lizzy Bazalgette (BSc, Dip Couns) and has been developed with 20below in its Consult - Create - Connect approach of creating and writing presentations. Lizzy is a qualified psychotherapist and member of the British Psychological society who combines her psychology expertise in understanding human emotions, behaviour and cognitions with her creative and commercial background of working for media companies such as ITV and NBC Universal. Her unique background ensures the perfect integration of narrative, copy and visuals connects powerfully and meaningfully to audiences. Lizzy is currently working towards a doctorate in counselling psychology at Regent’s University, London with her thesis researching into connection in the workplace.
